Cassandra Torgnes is a lecturer in International Business and a PhD Research Scholar at the department of Strategy and Management at NHH. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, political science and philosophy and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Science degree in International Business from NHH. Cassandra is a member of the Center for Strategy, Organization and Performance (S T O P) at NHH.
Cassandra’s main research interests are within the field of strategic human capital. In particular, Cassandra is interested in exploring the strategic use of non-competition clauses in employment contracts.
