internship on exchange -  intern abroad japan

By taking the course INTERN-A-M, you can combine exchange to Japan with an internship.

NHH has entered into an agreement with the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Japan for them to provide internships for NHH students in their corporate members in combination with exchange to Rikkyo University. Master students can participate in the fall semester.

Students participating in the program will complete internships lasting a minimum of four weeks, full time, before the start of the exchange semester at Rikkyo University. The fall semester starts in the middle of September. Only students who are citizens of countries exempted from obtaining a visa to enter Japan can participate.

To participate, students apply for exchange by the regular exchange deadline and include a motivation letter directed to the internship in addition to a regular motivation letter direted towards exchange. Which corporate member a student will get an internship in depends on the student’s experience and interests and which corporate members want an intern that semester.

Please note that the course requires that you attend a mandatory pre-departure workshop. Read more about this here.
