The doctoral program at NHH has given me the opportunity to substantially extend my knowledge as well as my network.

At NHH I have been encouraged to travel abroad to academic conferences, which has enabled me to form a network with researchers from all over the world within my field.

At the Department of Strategy and Management I have been met with encouragement and support. With a background from psychology it has been rewarding to collaborate with and learn from faculty members that have background from various disciplines such as economy, sociology, and political science.

There are ample opportunities to present your own work and receive feedback, and as a research scholar you are treated as a colleague rather than a student.

In my research project I have studied teams, and as part of my work duty for NHH I have been given the opportunity to establish and teach a master level course in “Team and Team management”, which makes it possible to engage in research-based teaching. I can highly recommend pursuing a doctoral degree at NHH.
